Special Music

Music at the retreat will be provided by Vicki McDermitt and Friends.   Vicki is well known in both sacred and secular music communities.  As a professional vocalist she traveled throughout Europe and the USA., landing in Los Angeles where she spent many years as a studio session singer and jazz stylist.  She often performs concerts combing the jazz and sacred styles. She has appeared on numerous CDs, her most recent is a gospel release called "I Go To the Rock".  She now resides in Phoenix with her husband Richard Parrish and can be found seasonally at the Boulders, as well as many other resorts and jazz venues.

Lodging & Accommodations

The 2006 Ladies Retreat will be hosted at Scottsdale Resort Suites located at 7677 E. Princess Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85255.  The resort is located just south of the 101, off of Scottsdale Rd.  Directions from any location are available by following this link to Google Maps. Groups of eight will be accommodated in 4-bedroom suites. Each bedroom within the suite will sleep two ladies and has a private bathroom. We can arrange for you to be paired with your preferred roommate, but are unable to guarantee your suitemates.  To view the suite layout and review additional hotel amenities, visit Scottsdale Resort Suites' webpage. Registration forms should be completed and returned to the church office with payment no later than Sunday, June 4, 2006.  A $65.00 non-refundable fee will hold your place and early bird discount price.  Simply bring your registration form and fee to the NRCC church office.
