We encourage all men to join us as we travel the road to spiritual maturity together. It doesn't matter if you have just begun this journey or if you have been traveling the road for many years.
It is our desire that as we build our friendships, study God's word and minister alongside each other, we become men of integrity who seek to be fully devoted followers of Jesus  Christ.
In an effort to continue this growth, City Gates is a men's ministry that meets the first and third Saturdays of each month at the church offices. Each meeting, Dan King will teach on topics that will better enable us to become godly men.
He will also take care of the coffee and donuts if you'll get yourself out of bed and to the church office by 6:59 am. We end at 8:00 am. (Can you tell that we mean to start and stop on time?)
Men, we need the friendship and discipleship of other men to help us meet our spiritual goals to be men of integrity who are fully devoted to Christ. As Proverbs 27:17 states: "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" .
This is a great way to meet new people and learn how God impacts the lives of men as we pass
through these City Gates together. |
