NRCC Community Outreach Orientations

Volunteer Orientations for September and October

The Foothills Caring Corps is a non-profit organization that provides support services to homebound and frail elderly adults in the North Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek and I-17/Carefree Highway areas.

Come and meet your homebound neighbors by volunteering your time to help with transportation to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, friendly visiting, caregiver relief, delivering Mobile Meals or helping with the van transportation program.

The Foothills Caring Corps is offering volunteer orientations from 9 AM-11:30 AM on:

 Thursday, September 15
Saturday, September 17
Thursday, October 13

Call (480) 488-1105 for the details.  Two hours per week of volunteering could make you a happy and healthier person.  This program is flexible and can accommodate most schedules!

For additional information, contact Laurie Lowe in the Assimilation Office.
