Kate's Cup Childcare

We are delighted to provide you with free childcare for Kate's cup.  Below are some reminders of guidelines we have established for your child's safety:

·        Children need to be fever free (without medication) and diarrhea free, for 24 hours to attend the childcare program (this also includes vomiting). Please keep sick children at home, they don't want to be away from you and illnesses are spread easily.

·        Please take your child to restroom before dropping them
off. Each child will receive a numbered wristband upon entering the classroom. Moms will be given a copy of their child's wristband number. This number is required to pick up your child. Children will only be released to moms with coordinating numbers.

·        Mothers/responsible parties using childcare must be present on the campus at all times.

·        Our childcare workers utilize redirection and positive reinforcement with the children on a regular basis. IF your child is having a difficult day we will contact you immediately.

·        We encourage you to utilize our childcare program, especially for those children 6 months of age and older.  It is a safe, fun place to leave your children and is provided for you so that you can get the most out of what Kate's Cup has to offer you as a mother.

·        Feel comfortable to breast feed during Kate's Cup. However, if you desire privacy - there is a location in the nursery with a wardrobe wall.

·         Be prompt in picking up your children.  A minute is an eternity to the last child to be picked up.

·         Once a child has been released from class into your care please monitor them while on campus, especially in the parking lot.

·         Snacks: Water and a peanut free snack is provided for your child.  If your child has an allergy or special need, please let us know.  A snack drive will be held on November 4th please bring in any donations on this day.

Child-care is provided free of charge.  If, however, you would like to make a donation to
help cover some of the expense there will be that opportunity during Kate's Cup.   A container will be passed around for donations or they may be given to our treasurer.
