Who?
All men of all ages.

Format?
No real structured format.  It's just for fun and exercise. 

When?
Every Monday night at 7 PM and every Wednesday morning at 5:30 AM (unless the building is being used for another special event).

The best way to find out for sure if it has been canceled or not is to check out the weekly email newsletter.

Where?
In the worship center (the main building) - indoor air-conditioned court!
